Where is my Order?

The delivery date for your order depends upon the delivery method you chose, and whether it’s being delivered by Bluedart, Fedex or other shipping agency. Click here to track your order, also find below our estimated delivery times below so that you have an idea of when to expect your order.

Expedited Shipping:  Your order has been dispatched via Fedex Priority service and should be delivered to you within next 2-3 working days.

Standard Shipping: Your order has been shipped via an agency as mentioned in the order details and should be delivered within next 4-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery times of any shipping agency and we must allow a reasonable amount of time for the gift to be delivered to you. If it’s been more than 10 days since your order left our warehouse, please get in touch and we’ll contact the concerned agency on your behalf.

International Deliveries: All our International orders are shipped via DHL or Fedex Priority and should be delivered within next 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

When will you Ship my Order?

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround time for most of orders shipping from our Delhi warehouse within 2 to 3 working days!!  You will find details of processing days necessary for every gift on the product details page. Few selected items are manufactured in our other warehouse and hence they may arrive separately and is mentioned in the product details. These items may have different lead times indicated and may or may not coincide with other gift items.  

How do I Return my Order?

Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.  If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a quick exchange or a full refund.  All refunds or exchanges request must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty. Please go through our detailed list of returns, refunds and replacements policy here.

Are there any Additional Taxes to the Item prices?

Nopes, all prices on our website have GST (Goods & Service tax) component included in them. You can view the applicable tax in the order invoice.

If you are looking for a Tax invoice with your GST details, please contact us to issue it for your order.

What is the Status of my Order?

When you login to your account at Giftsmate and visit the orders tab, look out for the below given status:

  • Pending – Your order is unpaid and will not be processed till paid.
  • Processing – We’ve received the payment for your order and it’s with the production/operating team.
  • Invoice Ready – Your order has now moved to the dispatch team.
  • Print Ready – Production for your order is now complete.
  • Waiting for Customer – We are facing some issue with the processing of your order, this can be because of missing order details or some other issue and we now need your assistance to move ahead. In such case, please contact us.
  • Preview – Your order’s preview has been sent to you on your registered billing ID.
  • Complete – Your order has been sent and you can check the courier agency name and their tracking details right there.
  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.

Can you Gift Wrap my Order?

Yes we do and its complimentary.

Can I choose Delivery Date & Time?

At the moment, we can only schedule cakes and flowers to deliver at a specific date and time slot.

For all other orders, we do take a recommended date of delivery and try to ship them accordingly but as all orders are shipped via 3rd party shipping agencies we cannot confirm the exact date and time of delivery for your orders.

I ordered multiple gifts but I’ve only received some of them; where are my other gifts?

Since we deal in a lot of different products, we ship them from more then a single warehouse and hence they may not arrive together.
We try to ship as many of your gifts together as we can into the same shipment but it can also vary according to the processing time and availability across different warehouses.

Can I change Delivery Address for my Order?

 

Please check the status of your order here, and if it has not been shipped we will be happy to help you change the address. 

However if your order has already been shipped, we can contact the shipping agency to check if the address can be updated and that incurs an extra cost which we will confirm you before proceeding with your request.

Important Note:

1. If there are any products for which detailed cancellation policy is not mentioned here, vouchersmate.com reserves the rights to inform the policy later to the customer.

2. Giftsmate.net reserves the right to change the exchange/return policy in future without prior notice.
