At giftsmate, we have a simple and crisp replacement policy. Everything which is personalized and delivered intact the way you have have requested cannot be replaced and the readymade gifts can be replaced. The list of categories which are covered and NOT covered under the replacement policy are mentioned below for a quick reference.
Since we specialize in customized gifting and a lot of you will be gifting customized gift items, we would encourage you to refer our photo upload guidelines, apparels size guides, other special instructions etc. made available to you on the product pages. Also, we would recommend you to proof-read your order before confirming it and in case of any changes required immediately emailing them to us within an hour of placing the order since a lot of our orders are processed the same day.

No, Under no circumstances personalized gifts will be replaced unless defected.
Q. Where do I need to send the original order?

Q. What items can I buy in exchange?
Almost every returnable product can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. PS: No gift item can be exchanged in lieu of Gift Vouchers.
