General Shipping Information:

a. All Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days unless explicitly notified on the product page itself. In any case of delays, we’ll contact you on email to update you on the same.

b. Personalized Gifts like Engraved Gifts, Photo Mugs, Personalized T-shirts etc. may take upto 4-5 days unless explicitly notified. In any case of delays, we’ll contact you on email to update you on the same.

c. Our Shipping Partners do not deliver on Sunday. Only Flowers & Cakes which are delivered through our network of local florists & bakeries can be delivered on Sunday.

d. We offer you the option to choose your delivery date and always try to deliver it as per the mentioned timelines. But WE CAN NOT assure you the same.

e. Delivery timings for Gift Items: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Early morning deliveries not Possible.

f. Delivery timings for Flowers & Cakes: Morning 10 AM to Midnight 12 AM

g. All Gift Vouchers, Gifts & Greeting Cards are shipped from our Central Warehouse. You Gift Box with different Gift items can be shipped together. However, if your Order also has flowers & cakes in it, they cannot be delivered along with the Gift Items.

h. In case you wish to expedite the deliveries, you can also opt for our express shipping services at a nominal extra charge. The option is provided on the final checkout page.

i. To ensure safe delivery of all products, the products are double packed in waterproof and corrugated box which is further Gift wrapped in colorful wraps and is also sent with a FREE complimentary card for your messages.

j. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment. However, the exact transit time is dependent on the shipping address’s pincode. You can calculate the transit time from here.

Important Information

Customers are requested to inform the final order recipients that they should check their orders on delivery. In case the packaging is found faulty/ tampered with or if any of the order constituents are found missing, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE AND RETURN the order to the delivery person OR write the same on the delivery receipt. No refunds should be initiated in case of late intimation or in case the above instructions are not followed.
