Yes, we do.
What are the delivery charges?
International Delivery (Outside India) – INR 1500 per product.
PS: In case customer orders multiple products in a single order, we will check the shipping zone and fee and contact the customer to pay the extra charges (if applicable).
I paid for express shipping but my order didn't reach me on time.
Opting for express shipping does not alters the processing time of a product but only helps to reduce the transit time. This service depends on the delivery pincode.
International delivery takes about 14-21 business days for delivery.
PS: During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.
Is Shipping Fee Refundable?
I have placed the Order but now I want to Change the address. How can I do that?
It is possible if your order is still in the processing stage or has not been shipped as yet. However, once shipped the address cannot be changed.
Who will bear the delivery charges?
All delivery & taxes are borne by the customer.
Can I get home delivery in International gifts?
Yes, it is! Your order will be delivered right at the address you mention lest there is any issue delivering your order or it is a remote pincode. In all such cases, we will get in touch with you to help you out!

I was charged a shipping fee for my order. If I return my order will I get back my shipping fees along with the refund?
International orders do not qualify for returns or replacements under any circumstances. International deliveries are at customer’s own risk.
Where will my Gifts ship from?
Our Gifts are shipped from our head office at Minto Road, New Delhi, India. Your gifts may occasionally be shipped separately on the rare occasion that we are out of stock of any gift you ordered and hence is shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this happens we will notify you in advance.
How long does it take to get my gift?
Your delivery time depends on 2 variables – product’s processing time and transit time to your pincode. Please check the product page to get the processing time and calculate the transit time here.
PS: International delivery time is 14-21 business days and maybe longer for certain countries.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders will normally leave our facility within 3 – 4 business days of order placement. Large bulk orders may take longer. Please note that after we ship the order, shipping transit times will also apply. Ground shipping transit times vary from 1-5 business days depending on your location in the country.
Am I able to pickup my order locally?
I just received my tracking number, but the tracking site states that it is invalid. Why isn't it working?
It takes some time for all of our tracking numbers to send to the respective courier agency. Give the network some time to update itself, and your tracking will show progress as soon as the numbers hit the system. Sometimes, it can take up to 48 hours to process, so your patience is appreciated. In case the problem is still unresolved within the given time frame, please feel free to contact us.
I just spoke to your representative, he confirmed that my order has been shipped but I have not received the order tracking email yet. Are you guys real?
Yes, we are! At a lot of times, our shipments are delayed and are sent late in the evening. In those cases, all tracking numbers are updated next morning.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold at Giftsmate?
International Delivery (Outside India) – Orders shipped outside of India will be subject to any applicable customs taxes imposed by the local customs office. These taxes are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and have to be borne by the end recipient.
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
If an order is being shipped internationally and is lost in transit a full refund of product value (excluding shipping fees) will be issued – replacements are not available for lost international shipments.
