F.A.Q.S – Order Cancellations

Yes you can unless they have gone for dispatch or have been already processed. In such cases, we would not be able to cancel your order. For more details, please refer to our cancellation, refund & exchange policy.

You can cancel your order if it has not been sent for processing. You will get an E-mail once the order has been sent for processing.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 4 working hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case you want to cancel the order before it has been sent for production, just drop a mail to hello@giftsmate.net and the amount will be returned to you in the form of a Giftsmate Reward Points which can be used in future shopping at Giftsmate.net .

Personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed.

The following terms would apply in case of below given order statuses:

  • Processing: Orders placed by mistake or otherwise can be cancelled for a full refund if their status is marked ‘processing’ which means we have received the order but have not actively start to process it.
  • Invoice Ready: 20% cancellation fee would apply.
  • On Preview: 20% cancellation fee would apply.
  • Preview Approved: Order cannot be cancelled, zero refunds possible.
  • Completed: Order cannot be cancelled, zero refunds possible.
  • Delivered: Order cannot be cancelled, zero refunds possible.

Yes, please note that Giftsmate.net reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

In case of a cancellation, 20% of the transaction amount would be deducted as a cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be returned to you in the form of Giftsmate Reward Points which can be used in future shopping at Giftsmate.net.

Yes!

  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for the products that are obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine day etc. or bought using special promotions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Giftsmate does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

If your order is presently en route, has already been processed, shipped or is delivered, we will be unable to cancel it.
