Questions about Shipping & Deliveries

The delivery date for your order depends upon the delivery method you chose, and whether it’s being delivered by Bluedart, Fedex or other shipping agency. Click here to track your order, also find below our estimated delivery times below so that you have an idea of when to expect your order.

Expedited Shipping:  Your order has been dispatched via Fedex Priority service and should be delivered to you within next 2-3 working days.

Standard Shipping: Your order has been shipped via an agency as mentioned in the order details and should be delivered within next 4-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery times of any shipping agency and we must allow a reasonable amount of time for the gift to be delivered to you. If it’s been more than 10 days since your order left our warehouse, please get in touch and we’ll contact the concerned agency on your behalf.

International Deliveries: All our International orders are shipped via DHL or Fedex Priority and should be delivered within next 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

If you’ve received an order which is broken or there’s a quality issue or any mistakes in the printing, all charges for replacement delivery and in case required reverse pickup charges are borne by us completely.

In instances where customer wants to change his initial order to a different item, shipping charges have to borne by the customer themselves. Please note, all personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless its a mistake from Giftsmate in production of the order.

In case its a non-personalized product and customer wants to return/ exchange the product, customer needs to ship the original product (Giftsmate can organize the reverse pickup at an extra cost) and once received, return or replacement request will be processed.

We are based out of New Delhi, India and if you are nearby please contact us to organize the pickup date and time for your order.

Opting for express shipping does not alters the processing time of a product but only helps to reduce the transit time. This service depends on the delivery pincode and can be only refunded when the following scenarios are met.

  1. Your order is not sent via priority shipping or is delivered later than – processing time + transit time.
  2. Priority delivery service is not available in the shipping pincode.

In case, we have crossed the processing time limit and your order is yet not delivered. You can request for a shipping fee refund and the amount will be returned to you in the form of a Giftsmate Reward Points which can be used in future shopping at (Not applicable on international deliveries).

PS: During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping & handling fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time (Not applicable on international deliveries). Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

For deliveries by courier

In case it is an office or a residential complex address, the parcel would be delivered at the reception. We advise you to inform your people about the package arrival to avoid future confusion/delay. In case it is a residential address where no one is available, the delivery personnel would contact you on the provided shipping phone number to coordinate delivery. You may advise them to leave the package with your neighbour at your own discretion. In case the courier agency is unable to reach you via phone or the address is incorrect they would attempt the delivery thrice, which if unattended would be sent back to us without any other intimation.

For Cakes & Flowers deliveries

Our delivery team, always confirms by phone for the recipient availability at his delivery address, however if the phone is unanswered and recipient is not available our team will contact you to find out the next possible time for delivery and availability which may incur extra cost since the cake cannot be stored for a period of more than 6 hours to preserve the freshness. In case of flowers second attempt will be made at no extra cost.

However, third & subsequent attempts will be charged extra (Subject to location) per attempt for delivery of flowers or cakes.

It takes some time for all of our tracking numbers to send to the respective courier agency. Give the network some time to update itself, and your tracking will show progress as soon as the numbers hit the system. Sometimes, it can take up to 48 hours to process, so your patience is appreciated. In case the problem is still unresolved within the given time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Yes if your gift has only flowers or a cake it can be delivered on Sunday on a special request and may incur extra charges.

All other gift items which have been dispatched via 3rd party shipping companies do not have delivery schedules on Sundays and may deliver on the next available working day.
